An analytics studio · Toronto

Your data should drive decisions. Most teams' data drives doubt.

An analytics studio for mid-market teams whose data has outgrown their ops. We diagnose what's broken, build the warehouse and dashboards your executives actually trust, and run the models that pay for themselves.

How we work

A three-stage engagement.

Most engagements run all three. Some skip straight to Build when the diagnosis is already written. Each stage produces a defensible artifact you'd be comfortable showing the board.

Stage 01 · Diagnose

Find the load-bearing breaks before anyone writes a line of SQL.

We trace what's instrumented, what isn't, and which dashboards have quietly lost trust. The deliverable is a one-page diagnosis and a prioritized fix list — read in an afternoon, defensible in a board meeting.

Selected work

Patterns we ship.

Anonymized by industry. Every card shows the change — what the team could see and decide afterward that they couldn't before.

Journal

Essays from the practice.

Long-form writing on analytics work — diagnostic patterns we use in client rooms, instrumentation traps the textbooks miss, and the reports CFOs reliably stop trusting first. One new essay a month.

What good looks like: an analytics maturity field guide.

A working field guide to the analytics maturity model: where teams stall, what to fix first, and the order that lets a stack go from broken to defensible.

Work with us

Tell us what's going on.

The shortest path to a scoped engagement is a short form. Tell us where your data function is today and what brought you here. If we're a fit, we'll book a call. If we aren't, we'll point you at someone who is.
